1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

If khel88 identifies that a Member holds more than one account, all associated accounts may be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and all pending withdrawals cancelled without recourse.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Account Security

khel88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been redeemed and wagering is in progress, the existing terms at the time of redemption will continue to apply to the active bonus balance.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the khel88 platform are final once confirmed. Once a bet slip has been submitted and accepted, it cannot be amended or cancelled. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and market choices before confirming any wager.

5.2 Maximum Stakes and Winnings

5.3 Void Bets

In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the Member's account balance.

5.4 Manifest Errors

If odds, casino game payouts, or bonus values are published due to a manifest error (whether arising from a human error, technical fault, or data feed malfunction), khel88 reserves the right to correct the error and, where applicable, void any bets or winnings that were generated as a result of the erroneous pricing. This applies regardless of whether the Member placed the bet in good faith.

5.5 Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited on the khel88 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Members or with any employee of khel88.
• Match-fixing or any form of corrupt play affecting sporting outcomes.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Any form of chip dumping, deliberate losing, or coordinated play in live casino games.

6. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

khel88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the khel88 platform without prior written permission from khel88.
